Before the Great British Bakeoff, Great British Sewing Bee and Great British Railway Journeys was The Great British Woodshop.

“The Great British Woodshop” launched on the Discovery Channel in 2004 and was aired for nearly 10 years building a dedicated fan base around the world.

In a relaxed and informative manner, David demystifies the art of furniture making and takes audiences on a tour of some of the most magnificent historical homes in the UK to seek out the best examples of quality workmanship.
